TECHNALIGN, INC. PLANS DELTA COLORADO MOVE IN MARCH 2006 -
Move will allow more rapid expansion Pennsauken, NJ, January 31, 2005: Technalign, Inc. has announced that they will be moving their facilities to Delta Colorado in a phased approach. The move is designed to prevent disruption of service to its customers, partners OEMS and solution providers. "We are making this move to increase our ability to rapidly expand our services," claims Technalign CEO Dianne Ursini. "Delta, Colorado provides us with the ability to find valued resources as we expand our offerings. Quality of life is also essential to us and our employees, prompting the move from New Jersey." Technalign has already found a new headquarters location in historic downtown Delta. The move is planned for March with manufacturing and fulfillment to be the first to leave New Jersey. Sales and support will be completed in a multi-phased. New Jersey operations are planned to cease in mid to late March of 2006. Sales and Support personnel have been hired and are being trained currently. Delta has provided the company with extensive resources and assistance to make the move go smoothly. It is expected that Technalign may pull resources from the Denver area, but resources are readily available in the Delta area today. "We want our customers to know that there will be no interruption in services provided by Technalign." states Ursini. "With 3 colleges, the availability of resources in the area and broadband services including fiber, expansion will be simple." Ursini adds "The Delta community has been unexpectedly helpful in making the move seem transparent and have provided assistance in every phase of the move". "We are happy to have Technalign join us in Delta," said Deana Sheriff, executive director of Delta Area Development. "Many companies have made successful transitions to Delta County because of the infrastructure in place, convenient location, lower cost of doing business, quality of life and available qualified workers. We feel Delta will become the countries next high tech center." About Technalign About Delta, Colorado
